Louis Dressner Selections - Wine Importer
Bourgeuil from Xavier Courant of Domaine de L'Oubliée.
Xavier Courrant.

Xavier Courrant, a former Parisian caviste (wine retailer), decided to get closer to the source by founding Domaine de L'Oubliée, his 6.4 hectare estate in the commune of Saint-Patrice. After studying viticulture/oenology and working with famed vigneron Romain Guiberteau for a year, Xavier managed to purchase 3 major plots of Cabernet Franc in 2009.

This interview with Xavier Courant took place in his Saint-Patrice cellar in June 2011.
